Where are my compressed photos?

In the "Compressed" album in Photos. If you allowed only limited access to your library, the copies go to Recents instead.

Why is Shrink Ray missing from the share sheet?

Scroll to the end of the app row, tap More, and turn on Shrink Ray.

Why did a photo come out the same size?

If a compressed copy would not be smaller, Shrink Ray keeps the original and saves nothing.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings in Shrink Ray and tap Restore Purchases, or use the same button on the paywall. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.

How do I cancel the yearly subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Shrink Ray. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How do I delete the originals?

After the compressed copies are saved, "Delete originals" (a Pro feature) asks iOS to move them to Recently Deleted. iOS shows its own confirmation first.
